These Terms govern use of CDX Auction (cdxauction.com and related domains) operated as part of the SpotPro / Coin Dealer X network. By creating an account, bidding, or listing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

CDX Auction is a timed auction marketplace for coin, bullion, and related collectibles. Sellers are SpotPro member dealers. Buyers are the public (registered users). The platform is in beta; features may change.

2. Accounts

Buyers must provide a valid email and verify it before bidding.
You are responsible for your password and activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or terms violations.

3. Bidding

Bids are generally binding when placed.
Anti-snipe extensions may lengthen auctions when bids arrive near the end.
Winning bidders must complete payment according to the seller’s offered methods.

4. Payments

Winners pay the selling dealer using methods that dealer has configured (for example Authorize.Net, CARDZ3N, PayPal, Zelle, or wire). CDX Auction does not hold card funds on a platform Stripe merchant account for coin settlements. Disputes over payment or delivery are primarily between buyer and seller; we may assist in good faith during beta.

5. Sellers

Only authorized SpotPro members may list. Listings must accurately describe items. Stock may be held while a lot is live. Fees for SpotPro sellers are $0 list / $0 sell during the current beta unless otherwise announced.

6. Prohibited conduct

Shill bidding, fake accounts, or payment fraud
Misrepresented grades, counterfeits, or illegal goods
Harassment or abuse of other users

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Numismatic values fluctuate; past prices are not guarantees of future value.
