CDX is automated first: cron closes lots, scores value, ships labels, digests sellers. That means we can price under eBay and Whatnot and still stay healthy — without a floor full of account managers. Coin proceeds always pay the selling dealer (company rails). Platform fees are separate ledger / prepaid credit.

How public sellers will be billed (plumbing live)

1. Accrue on sold — final-value fee lands in cdx_auction_fee_ledger when the lot closes sold.
2. Prepaid credit wallet — top up fee balance; sold lots debit credit first.
3. Unpaid accrual — if credit is short, balance sits as unpaid (monthly invoice / block new lists when over threshold — at open).
4. SpotPro members stay $0 — approved member plan never competes with your SpotPro subscription value.
5. Allowlist still closed — public signup for freestanding sellers is gated until trust + billing UX are battle-tested.
